Q:

My preschoolers are very interested in numbers. They can already count past 50 and do some simple addition. What can I do with them to continue their interest in math? -- Searching for Math Activities

A:

Why don't you forget about numbers and counting for a while and introduce your children to geometry for some different math fun? Students now study geometry in elementary school. They can find objects around the house and in books shaped like circles, squares, rectangles and triangles that you have drawn. They can also copy structures that you have built out of blocks.
